Encapsulants & Coatings
Our H.B. Fuller® EV Protect™ product line includes both lightweight and standard density flame retardant encapsulants. These liquid-applied, two-component polyurethane technologies are designed to offer fire protection to EV battery modules. Specifically engineered to address thermal runaway situations, EV Protect aims to isolate the event, insulate adjacent cells from heat and fire, and minimize the likelihood of thermal propagation.
Structural Bonding & Assembly
The EV Bond product line features cutting-edge structural adhesives specifically crafted for applications such as cell-to-carrier, carrier-to-carrier, and other structural elements within the battery pack. These products boast high structural strength, rapid cure times, and are particularly adept at bonding dissimilar substrates. Thermal Management
